I am very dissatisfied whith our stay at that hotel. Nobody told my parents there was no hot water because the systeme was out of order and nobody gave us any information when I phoned the front desk! And when we left the next day, the manager didn't offer us any compensation for the discomfort. I will never go back to this hotel!
