Explications :
Pour les mots courts, comme high, hot, large, etc. tu rajoute en règle générale -er à la fin du mot ou juste -r s'il y a déjà un e. Il y a quelques exceptions (comme par exemple : good → better, bad → worse, et far → further/farther qui sont les plus connues).
Ex : Paul is taller than Maria. (tall)
Pour les mots plus longs, comme athletic, dangerous, peaceful etc. tu rajoutes juste more devant le mot.
Ex : Lily is more intelligent than Marc. (intelligent)
Pour comparer, n'oublie pas d'ajouter than après ton mot de comparaison !
