Mets les verbes entre parenthèses au prétérit simple ou au prétérit be-ing.
prétérit be-ing : pour décrire ce qui était en train de se passer
was/were + V-ing
prétérit simple : action courte qui vient interrompre l'action en cours dans le passé
a. I was taking a walk when l saw a terrifying dog.
b. When the police arrived , we were talking and playing cards in the garden.
c. They were not working when I got home.
