Dear Sir or Madam,


Currently in second year at ESMOD in Fashion Business, I would like to continue my second
semester abroad at the Akademie Mode & Design in Berlin. This experience would allow me to
strengthen my language skills and my employability in the field in which I intend to evolve.
Berlin is a city strongly marked by its history with an exceptional cultural heritage that I would like
to discover. Moreover, Berlin is one of the European capitals that plays an important role in
today's fashion, especially with its art and its avant-garde side.
Studying at the Akademie Mode & Design would allow me to develop analytical and
communicative skills that will help me in my future professional career to analyze internationals
trends and the sales and marketing strategies of fashion brands.
This enriching experience is also an opportunity for me to open myself to a new culture and to
learn from others. Curious by nature, I have always had a real interest in traveling and discovering
new horizons. This is one of the reasons why I turned to studies that allow me to open myself to
the international scene.
In the past, I have had the opportunity to travel and make language stays in Europe, Asia and
Central America.
These experiences really marked me because they allowed me to learn more about the world
around me but also about myself.
Finally, I wish to complete my education abroad as well as my future career path. This Erasmus
experience represents for me a real professional springboard. I believe that this opportunity
represents an essential step in my personal, academic and professional development.
