My intimate friend in Wachemo University is Derartu who had stayed for two years in Wolega University before she came to Wachemo (past perfect pour "stay" the action is before "come" at the past simple) University last year. Because of our intimacy, we have made a promise to visit our each other's  town. Our visit will be in the coming summer. I will be the first (future) to go to visit (infinitive) my home town, Gondar. If I am successful  in visiting Wolega, it will be my first time to see it
