The author is anonymous. in the left foreground there are green trees with brown branches, below there is grass and above the grass there is a gray rock, on the right there is a lake with a sail in train to navigate. In this veil there is a man with a hat, I deduce that maybe he is fishing. In the upper right background there are White mountains with snow. In the middle there is a small black and gray house with a small touch of red. In front of this house there are two trees. The dominant colors of this painting and green, gray and white. This painting evokes a feeling of calm in me, I find it beautiful and I would like to be there. I think the painter did a good job.​
