Jo turned to the left, and looked back at her small village. She was still in shock. An epidemic of something bad had just spread during the night. Already five people were dead, or dying. It was terrible, and Jo decided to run to Lagos, the closest city. There, she would get help for the people suffering in her village. She ran very fast but soon got tired out and felt sick. She sat down on the deserted mud, and fell asleep. When she awoke, she felt feverish, hungry, and thirsty. She heard thunder, and saw bright lightning in the sky. She cupped her hands, and received tco centimeters of water, which she drank quickly but it did not quench her thirst. It sure didn't make her less hungy, luckelly, a fat mouse was passing by, and she caught it. She pinched it's little head to make his heart stop beating, and ate him raw. She was so disgusted, she felt nauseatic. She fainted shortly after, and the rain poored harder. In the night, another light appeared, the one of a an ambulance. It came quietly in the night, then stopped in front of this shivering little Jo. A lady got out of the transporting machine, and picked up Jo. She placed her on a white bed, and geve her medicine. Soon, after they arrived at Jo's village, and went to the small clinic in the village, and distributed medicine to the sick. When Jo was off running to Lagos, her mother had telephoned there too, without knowing that her little daughter, Jo, was gone for the same reason. The village was saved, and so was Jo.
