Well, this is an hard question to answer. Humanity has visited space numerous times and the technology for astrologic purposes is rapidly advancing - so in the future, yes! It will be most likely possible to find another planet for humans to habitate - however, only time will be able to tell. It won't really depend on anything else, it will be on us to do the task of finding another planet habitable for the human species. Space however itself, will not be habitable due to nothing solid, if we are talking abouts planets, then yes. We might make some plans on a few planets or the moon, the plans from individuals such as Elon Musk have started already - Space Exploration and trying to find an habitable place for humanity. That's really all on the matter - It will depend on us to make it happen, humanity itself.
