I wanted to talk to you about this one of a kind restaurant which is based on the south of the French near of Monaco where I was last week, tee most wonderful place to eat ever, it's actually in the edge of the land and the restaurant is almost stepping into the sea! But what's special is that it's completely in the dark, no there's not light at all, it was designed to welcome customers to eat while being in the darkness. I believe the goal of it is to play with our different senses as human being, involving the taste, the sight and the hearing. The experience may seem crazy but it's very cool. My friends and I ate fresh mussels, they were amazing and it was healthy. The funny thing is that in our plate, there was some reflective light so we could see what we were eating. I for sure recommend you, one hundred pourcent, to go to eat in there, you'll see it's a magical experience.
