I'm writing this letter to you to bring to your attention about the working conditions of black women at NASA.
Racial discrimination while illegal takes place in a lot of workplaces. Then same happens in NASA as well. It might be the biggest aeronautical company but still it sees no less of racial discrimination. Black people especially women are treated differently & are made to do inappropriate things. These are not good images which I presume NASA wants to show outsiders. So, the working conditions of black women at NASA must be improved. Firstly, I think more number of black women should be given job opportunities at NASA. Secondly, black women are women after all. They must be given the proper respect they deserve. I think it's been high time since racism should be banned in high class workplaces like NASA.
