well this subject has mixed agreements, some think they do and others don't.
Indeed, do animals really can create arts, they don't do it on their own, they get to be leaded by their owners, they tell them what to do since they are trained that way. Nothing come naturally like human beings. they are taught, they don't create by themselves. they are being told what to do, from the chimpanzee to the elephants to the dogs. Arts are created and sold to people. websites created to sell art made by animals through their owners.
So, looking on this side, they create but human beings are involved, so it's not a real creation. Animals are made to be in nature and not being humans toy for some crazy manipulations. it is sick to see that people are greedy to the point to exploit them for their own gratitude.
Art, is reserved to human beings since they are the one creating different vision of arts from abstract to surrealism to ridiculous. So let animals be animals.
