To be honest they have the right. I mean look around you, rubbish is everywhere. It's polluting our planet. Animals are dying..... and some of us are not doing anything to stop it...that is why I totally agree on this subject. People should pay for each bag of rubbish they throw away, it will help them understand that they should help the ecosystem rather than destroying it.
They should learn how to use less rubbish bags ( not forgetting the 3 R's which are Reduce,Reuse,Recycle). there are so many ways to reduce rubbish. Make a compost, put all your half eaten fruits or peels of skin in that compost, not only it helps reduce rubbish but its also good for the plants. Recycle some rubbish and use it again it doesn't hurt to use it for another purpose of use. And try to keep your rubbish in control, know how much you need do not exagerate and over use things.
Of course they are other ways to reduce rubbish and become eco friendly but that was only an example.
