- The frontier wasn't a definite, fixed limit because it changed over and over again with time. It was a place where everyone could be and do whatever they wanted.
- So many people and pioneers went west for a much better and happier way of living. Everyone was hearing about the better quality of life in the West, which made it increasingly attractive. Though the biggest factor was the fact that pioneers were able to buy land for very good prices.
