Corona version:
This year for my holiday break, I spent all of my time indoors! I stayed in bed all day, watched Netflix and Disney Plus, ate everything in my fridge (mostly junk food), hung out with my family and did absolutely nothing.
It was incredibly boring and very unhealthy. I loved spending more time with my family, though. I would have preferred spending time with my friends, too. Social distancing and the current ongoing pandemic stopped that from happening.
I had loads of movie marathons with my family, we watched all the Star Wars movies, the Harry Potter movies, the Twilight movies, the 007/James Bond movies, the Star Trek movies, and so many more. I finished loads of shows, too: Grey's Anatomy, The Umbrella Academy, The Vampire Diaries...
It wasn't my most productive break, but it wasn't too bad.
If corona never happened version:
It was an amazing summer break. I flew to the UK, I went to Italy to see Billie Eilish and I went to the South of France, in Cagnes-sur-mer where I always spend my holidays.
I lounged on the beach and caught some sun, I went shopping, I met up with my mates and we had loads of fun. My family and I played board games every Friday night, we had Chinese take-away every Saturday night. We had some family friends to stay with us for a few weeks, so we went sailing and we also went on a few road trips.
We had a few movie marathons (use some of the examples from above) and we had loads and loads of fun. I loved every second of it.
