hello

John Green is an American fiction writer born August 24, 1977 in Indianapolis, United States. Author for young adults, he owes his fame in particular to his novel Nos étoiles contraires. Popular with literary critics, John Green received numerous awards and distinctions, including that of the "100 Most Influential People in the World" in 2014.

my favorite book is "nos étoiles contraires" because

it is a book which denounces the complication of the life of people who become disabled.

"nos étoiles contraires"

is a nice and light reading.

This book is wonderful, excruciating, sublime, horrible. I was skeptical at first about this story of cancer which seemed very dull, but this novel is full of hope. Despite the dramatic turn of events, we close the book with the desire to enjoy life. After reading this, we put things into perspective, we realize our incredible luck.

Hugo first became famous in France because of his poetry, as well as his novels and his plays. Les Contemplations and La Légende des siècles are his most famous poetry collections. Outside of France, his novels Les Misérables and Notre-Dame de Paris (known in English also as The Hunchback of Notre Dame) are his most famous works.

When he was young, he was a conservative royalist. As he got older he became more liberal and supported republicanism. His work was about many of the political and social problems as well as the artistic trends of his time. He is buried in the Panthéon, in Paris.
