1) In some places you can see slogans like "Black Power" which is an expression which was launched by Stokely Carmichael in 1966 to fight against racial segregation, in this picture, the slogan was taken to designate a farm belonging to black. White farmers are exported from their farms and their land is reclaimed by black activists due to unequal wages.
2) We can see that the blacks express the possession of their land by the fact that they are veterans of the Zimbabwe war.
3) In my opinion, we can call this attitude: the revenge of black activists on inequality.
