A week ago, I was watching TV with my brother, Peter. We were watching a horror film, a slasher, when I heard the main character talking to me. At first, I tought I was dreaming because he called me by my nickname Steve. I tried to ignore it but the main character called me again, begging me to help him. I glanced at my brother who was as white as a sheet. From this moment on we realized that the TV was talking to us. The hero of the film asked me if I could help him escape the lunatic killer that was about to stab him with his long kitchen knife. I naturally replied yes whithout even realizing it and the very next moment the character was not on screen anymore. Instead, we could see the mad man with his long and sharp knife whose blade reflected the light of the moon which was obviously full.
My brother and I were really scared and we had almost lost our mind when we heard someone knocking at the door. We couldn't move for a few minutes and during that time someone kept on knocking . We decided to open the door but once we were near the door, none of us dared to touch the handle whereas the person behind the door was knocking again and again.
When we eventually opened the door we almost had a heart attack when we recognized the main character of the film who rapidly came into our house because behind him, stood the madman with his knife.
