I am Rosa Parks( Rosa Louise McCauley) , I was born February 4, 1913 in Tuskegee, Alabama, United States. My father is a carpenter, my mother' is a lteacher. My parents separated when I was very young, and I experienced racism as a child. In my day, whites and blacks didn't have the same rights. As a black person, I am very often discriminated against.

I am a human rights activist and civil rights activist . Actually I fought against racial segregation in the United States, it call me : "Mother of the civil rights movement" by the United States Congress.


On 1st December 1955 in Montgomery, I refused to give up my
place to a white woman for this reason who she was arrested by two municipal police officers. She was sentenced on December 5 to pay a fine of $ 10, the equivalent of a day's wages.
