the first row that Blacks could not occupy
the four front rows were filled with Whites and one White man stood
Blacks and Whites could not occupy
the bus driver asked all four blacks
They obeyed but Rosa Park refused. She was arrested.

The protest was a success
that no one rode those buses
Huge crowds gathered in churches
a leader emerged
Loudspeakers were used so that .... what happened
As Luther King made his speech, even more people showed up.
It got dark
They stayed off the buses until they could ride
Backs returned to the buses
over a year after the boycott began.

He was shot dead.... whare he went to lead
He was taken to hospital where he died
broke out all over ..
marches were held ...... who stood up............
